

Comment – This cheesecake was amazingly good. The chocolate cookie crust was thick and complemented the cheesecake very well. The chocolate cream cheese mixture was light and creamy tasting and reminded me of a dessert served at the Olive Garden that I love. My husband thought it tasted like a cake from the cheesecake factory. It was thick for a cheesecake and very impressive.
Next time I will cook it 15-20 min longer so that the very center sets better. I will use larger sheets of tin foil to wrap my pan so the water doesnt get in from the water bath its cooked in. lastly, I would not remove the edges from the spring form pan until the cake has set in the fridge for the 12 hours to solidify. This was my first attempt at marbling cheese cake and it was a lot easier than I expected.
